My name is Mohit Ranjan and I came to know about the Career Connect Programme at ARUWYE through one of its associates. I joined the three-month Career Readiness Programme with the aim of developing my skills and improving my career opportunities.
During the programme, I gained knowledge of both soft skills and technical skills, including communication, workplace behaviour, digital literacy and career readiness. The life skills sessions helped me improve my confidence, self-awareness, teamwork and decision-making abilities. I also gained practical knowledge of MS Office, Excel and other workplace-related skills.
The sessions on resume building, interview preparation, goal setting and workplace readiness helped me understand workplace expectations more clearly. Through regular activities, practical exercises and guidance from the facilitators, I became more confident in handling workplace situations. The programme also helped me identify my strengths and understand the skills required to build a successful career. With the support and guidance received at ARUWYE, I successfully secured employment as an Accountant at Treeline Business Solutions.
I am currently working as an Accountant with a monthly salary of ₹15,000. I am grateful to ARUWYE and the Career Connect Programme for equipping me with essential skills and helping me take an important step towards a promising career.
