Animation on child abuse

On 10th Feb 2013 we gathered the members of the Children parliament from Ambedkar Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Mnikandam to reflect on the problem of "Child abuse". A film "Kuzhanthaigal Jakirathai" was played to enlighten the children and bring them to an awareness of their rights. The children were let to share their opinion on the film. They shared their views spontaneously and took some action plan to execute it in their locality. The animator Sr. Maria Kalyani also guided them to be on their guard and asked them to share with other children whatever they have learnt in order that every child may have a bright future. The children responded well, expressing their views and difficulties in their daily life.
