Justification:
- Quality equipments are a must for quality training. The trainings are offered for poor youth and the women from the surrounding area. Since the computers are not in good condition and there are subjected to frequent repairs we are in need of new computers.
The women who learn tailoring are interested in earning money through a business. It will be a golden opportunity for them to have power machines to learn and to earn by stitching the orders they get from the neighborhood.
- Preparation of training materials for the various training, documentation and maintenance of files for sponsorship and project requires photocopying and scanning frequently and taking photos. Saving the expense incurred for photocopying and taking photos would help us in reaching out to children through other programs.
The computers in the office are old and they are repaired frequently. Therefore new computers, camera and multi-functional printer are urgently needed for the efficient functioning of the office.
Details of the Beneficiaries:
45 - 60 women learn tailoring in a year
20- 30 girls learning computer and most of them get placed in a job with good salary.
600 children who benefit through sponsorships, participants of various training program, and the beneficiaries of the various projects.
