ARUWYE celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day with enthusiasm and community spirit across 47 Evening Study Centres, along with special celebrations at Kodambakkam and Chintadripet Police Stations. Children participated in joyful activities, while school bags, pencil kits, pouches, sweets and chocolates were distributed to encourage their educational journey.
The celebrations also strengthened ARUWYE’s collaboration with the police department and community leaders. Leaders and police personnel were honoured for their dedicated service and continued support towards the safety and well-being of children and families. The day was a celebration of the freedom to learn, dream and build a better future, reflecting ARUWYE’s commitment to education, empowerment and inclusive communities. Freedom to Learn. Freedom to Dream. Freedom to Lead.
