Last year, I attended the ARUWYE course in November 2025, and I also got certified. At first, before joining this course, I had no idea what to expect. Literally, I thought I was wasting my time here. But later, my perspective started to change, especially my way of communication.
The thing is, there is no theory in this class. They give us lots of practical knowledge through activities and games. In my batch, we also had an industrial visit, market scan and many other career connect activities. That was something completely new for me. I learned so much and gained a lot of experience because I had never done anything like that in my entire life. It was my first time.
The Christmas celebration and other events were also really enjoyable. I had so much fun with my batch. And my mentors, Jyothi Ma’am, Ashmi Ma’am and Leo Sir — those two people are the best mentors I have ever met, not gonna lie. Seriously. And finally, I got placed at TCS . Now, I’m working as a HR, so I’m really satisfied with this course.
Thank you, ARUWYE!
