An Online Hackathon was conducted by Mrs. Jyothi Priya on 29 June 2026 to strengthen Quest learners’ job search and employability skills. The session introduced learners to various online job portals and demonstrated effective job search techniques. Learners registered their profiles on leading job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri and WorkIndia to improve their access to employment opportunities. They also gained knowledge on verifying the authenticity of employers before applying for jobs. Practical guidance was provided on professionally communicating with HR representatives through calls and emails during the recruitment process. Overall, the session enhanced learners’ confidence and equipped them with practical skills to conduct safe and effective online job searches
