Introduction:
Auxilium ARUWYE had organized training for the SHGs on organic home gardening and Roof gardening based on zero budget plan. On the 10th of March, it implemented two training. This was initiated by the social work trainees by Jagadeeswaran, Yogesh, Fr.Sujeevan and Ajanth. This was the second training held on the same day.
Programme:
The procedure of the training was carried out as follows:
- Introduction of the persons and the programme
- Contextualizing the programme in the food politics, health and economic settings
- Sharing on life with nature and chemicals
- Steps in roof gardening
- Time for clarifications
Conclusion:
The resource team left ARUWYE office by 10.00 am and reached back by 12.50pm after finishing the two training program. The SHGs group underwent short trainings. The presentations and the sharing were done very informally according to the situations.
