On 17 October 2026, ARUWYE organised the Batch 2 Certification Day and the Batch 3 and Batch 4 Induction Programme, with Dr. Selvi R. Nithya, Community Officer, Division V, TNUHDB, as the Chief Guest, along with Sr. Isabella, Director of ARUWYE. The event celebrated the successful completion of the Career Readiness Programme by Batch 2 learners and recognised outstanding participants across various award categories. Mrs. Jyothi Priya presented the batch report, highlighting the learners’ progress, achievements and programme outcomes. Learners shared their feedback and learning experiences with the Chief Guest, reflecting on their personal growth and the skills acquired during the programme. The induction programme introduced the new batches to the programme structure, objectives and expectations. The event celebrated the achievements of graduating learners, welcomed new participants, and reaffirmed ARUWYE’s commitment to strengthening employability skills, building confidence, and preparing young people for future career opportunities.
