A Cybersecurity Awareness Session was organised by Quest Alliance in collaboration with Deloitte on 15 October 2026 at the ARUWYE Centre. Deloitte volunteers and Ms. Sunita, Programme Associate from Quest Alliance, visited the centre and facilitated the session to strengthen learners’ understanding of cybersecurity, online threats, and responsible digital practices. The session provided practical insights into creating strong and secure passwords, reviewing app permissions before installation, protecting personal information, and understanding the significance of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. Learners were also sensitised to cyber fraud, phishing links, online scams, and preventive measures for safe internet usage. Overall, the session enhanced learners’ digital awareness and encouraged them to adopt responsible and secure online practices, safeguard their personal information, and protect their digital identities.
