An Induction Programme was conducted on 30 June 2026 for the Quest learners to formally welcome them to the training programme. The session was addressed by Director Sr. Isabella, who encouraged the learners to make the best use of the opportunities provided and stay committed to their learning journey. The programme introduced learners to the course structure, training expectations and the importance of active participation. Learners were also familiarised with the various skill development modules and placement support offered through the programme. Following the orientation, the learners were taken on an ARUWYE campus tour, where they were introduced to the organisation’s facilities, departments and learning environment. The session concluded by motivating learners to build confidence, enhance their employability skills and work towards achieving sustainable career opportunities.
