On 9 September 2026, ARUWYE organized an engaging Resume Building Session for its learners, facilitated by Mrs. Shanavas Begum, HR Manager – Chimertech Private Limited. The session provided practical guidance on preparing an effective and professional resume, including resume structure, essential information and tips for freshers, candidates with career gaps and experienced professionals.
The learners were also guided on professional phone etiquette, communicating confidently with HR during telephonic interviews, interview preparation, professional behaviour, and workplace responsibilities. A practical Mock Interview was conducted as a live demonstration, helping learners understand the interview process and build confidence in presenting themselves effectively.
