The International women's day programme was celebrated on 04/03/2022 with the theme "Innovation and technology for gender equality" that denotes Innovation and technological change , and education in the digital age for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls.The chief guest of the programme Mrs.Shanthini Kalpurniya-Clinical Social worker is who hails from Chennai and other special guests were Rev.Sr.Celine Gasper, Sr.Lucy,Sr.Amala,Sr.Tamilrasi, Sr. Shermila. The Self help women groups of Aruwye came together for enjoying various cultural programs and to know about the importance of Women’s day.
